Sometimes I think it's easy for me to forget not everyone has the same interests as me. I enjoy spending time exercising and looking for ways to make my stressful life more balanced.
With A Levels, volunteering, extra curricular activities like EPQ, and the social life of a 17 year old, it can become quite overwhelming. I myself am prone to experiencing school related anxiety.As cliché as it sounds, I often do activities like Yoga or jogging to ease my stress.
I created a questionnaire to find out how other people use exercise in their daily life, and whether it has any correlation to their mental health. I thought it was important to ask reasons why people might not partake in exercise, e.g lack of confidence to exercise in public places or no time.
I will use this data to create graphs and charts, as numerical proof for my findings.
